Quiz answers: the type of business, team size, where time goes, hours per week, tools and goal you choose. They stay in your own browser and are only sent to us if you book a call or unlock a demo.

Demo details: if you unlock a demo before booking, your name, email, company, phone number (optional), your quiz answers, language and time zone.

Booking details: your name, email, company, phone number (optional), the time you choose, your time zone, language, your quiz answers, and any note you add after booking.

Anonymous step counts: how many visits reach each step of the quiz and booking, with only the language and whether it was a phone or a computer. No cookies, nothing stored on your device, and no IP address or other identifier is kept, so the counts can't be linked to you.

Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider logs IP addresses, browser type and request times for security and troubleshooting.

To arrange and prepare the call you booked. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR article 6.1 b).

If you unlock a demo without booking: to set up your demo and to contact you about a call. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in following up on the interest you showed (article 6.1 f). You can say no to this at any time, and we stop and delete your details.

To prepare for the call, we may look at publicly available information about your company, such as your website and company registers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a useful first call (article 6.1 f).

Booking details are kept for up to 12 months after the call. If we start working together, we keep what the agreement and Swedish accounting law require.

Details from an unlocked demo are kept for up to 12 months, or until you tell us to stop. If you book a call, the booking rule above applies.

Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

We use service providers for hosting, data storage, and sending emails and notifications. They process data only on our behalf and under data processing agreements.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. When they do, the transfer relies on an EU adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on the EU's standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your personal data.

We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your browser stores your quiz progress (so you can continue later), your light or dark mode choice, and, if you choose a language through a link, that language. These are needed for features you use, so no consent banner is required.

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Contact us at hello@aurentiris.com.
